PROUD ANGLICANS OF NOVA SCOTIA AND PEI
Inclusion for all God's people
PROUD Anglicans of Nova Scotia and PEI wants to spread our message of hope, love, and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and outreach activities, we strive to see Christ in everyone we meet.
We are a subgroup of the larger Proud Anglicans of Canada. You can find our parent site here: www.proudanglicans.ca
Formerly known as Integrity, we believe everyone deserves a safe space and a place to express their faith no matter where or what journey they are on. We welcome all to the table regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or expression. We all belong.
We are composed of groups of parishes and people across the Anglican Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Please be patient with us as we kick off the dust and grow this initiative. Stay tuned to see more events, information, and witness the start of something big: unconditional love to all.
Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

PROUD ANGLICANS OF NOVA SCOTIA AND PEI AT A GLANCE
A Distinct Identity
PROUD Anglicans of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island arose out of a need. A need to reach those who felt they were not welcome. A need to create space where those who did not feel comfortable could thrive.
Although we are Anglican in name, you will find many others from various different paths and faiths amongst us. Some of us left other churches, some of us are new to church, and others are not sure where they are or what they are looking for. That is ok. We all celebrate diversity and want to make a difference in the world. You are welcome here.
We are on a journey, and we commit ourselves to welcome all on whatever path you are on and wherever you are on the road. We are all welcome to the table, and as Christ has taught us, we all have a voice that deserves to be heard.
1 John 4:7-8: “Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.”

Think and imagine a world when love is the way. … Because when love is the way, we actually treat each other like we are actually family. When love is the way, we know that God is the source of us all. And we are brothers and sisters, children of God. My brothers and sisters, that’s a new Heaven, a new Earth, a new world, a new human family.
